I was born in Northam and have lived locally my entire lifetime.  I have been trading in Bideford for the last 32 years, 8 years as an Estate Agents and the last 24 years as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. I am very proud of Sally Nichols & Associates, building the business from scratch and now enjoying an established client base both locally and nationally which is continually growing.

I enjoy the opportunity of meeting new and existing clients and feel privileged that they are allowing me to help them secure their most personal asset, their family home and also entrusting me to ensure that they have the correct protection in place to ensure security for both them and their family.

Personally I am all about family, spending time together is a priority, spending many weekends enjoying our beautiful beaches walking with my husband and our four dogs.  I also enjoy travelling, socialising, reading and like to think of myself as a foodie!

I started my career in financial services at Natwest, Ilfracombe in 1987 and remained with the Bank for 32 years providing mortgage and protection advice to clients across North Devon. 

Joining Sally Nichols & Associates in January 2019 my professional reputation meant I was fortunate that many former clients followed me and continued to trust me with their business and finding the right mortgage solution for them, from the whole of the market.  I welcome the opportunity to help both new and existing clients with the next step of their home ownership journey. I pride myself in offering a personal service and particularly enjoy helping clients who do not fit standard lending criteria.  I am passionate about helping clients save money and helping them to purchase their dream home.

Outside of work I enjoy watching football, running, travel, attending concerts and theatre as well as walks on our beautiful local beaches with our two Cockerpoo’s.

I am the newest member of our team having passed my CeMAP exams in 2022 and joining the team shortly after. I have a fountain of knowledge in the property market and buying process through my previous role in estate agency, which has been a great foundation to starting my career in the mortgage and protection industry. I am committed, determined and a divergent thinker when it comes to my work, always looking at the complete picture and considering all options to best help and suit my clients.

I love the beautiful corner of the world that I live in and spend much of my time exploring the beautiful scenery that North Devon has to offer. Outside of work you most likely find me walking my beloved dog Sandy on the beach with my girlfriend, playing golf or having a beer with friends and family.

I joined Sally Nichols and Associates in November 2019 as Office Manager. I am a valued member of the team and a client favourite!  You can be guaranteed a friendly, professional and helpful response from myself and I am dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction. 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my Husband and Daughter, enjoying the beautiful local countryside and beaches. Other hobbies include reading, horses, fishing and cooking.
